The following terms and conditions apply to sale and use of Gift Cards sold on www.ladybespoke.com:

Do Lady Bespoke gift cards expire?

Never!

How many gift cards can I redeem in one purchase?

As many as you like.

How do you reimburse any alteration credit on purchases made with a gift card?

You have 10 days from the day you receive your order to apply for any alterations. Any credit will be made to your original method of purchase.

How do I activate my gift card?

The gift card does not require any activation and you can start using it as soon as you recieve it.

Is there a limit to how many times I can use my gift card?

You can use the gift card as many times and for as many purchases as you like until the total balance of the gift card has been used up.

 

By buying/using a Gift Card you acknowledge that:

• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided for the recipient of the Gift Card is correct. Lady Bespoke cannot be held liable in the event that the named recipient does not receive the Gift Card due to the Buyer having entered an incorrect or non-existent email address.
• Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Gift cards are not re-sellable, and gift card orders cannot be cancelled, updated or refunded.
• The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
• Use of the gift card is limited to the amount of funds held on the gift card. The full amount of each purchase, including taxes, will be deducted from the funds held on the gift card, up to the total funds available on the gift card. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift card account and is not transferable. If you make a purchase and there are insufficient funds held on the gift card to cover that purchase, you must pay the difference by a valid credit card or debit card.
• All purchases made using a Gift Card will be subject to the terms and conditions on www.ladybespoke.com which can be found here.
• The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser. We are not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Protect your gift card as if it were cash and safeguard the gift card from authorized use.
• Lady Bespoke may provide gift card purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift cards.
• Gift cards obtained through any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase products, nor shall the remaining balance on the Gift Card be refunded.
• We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
• Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we process personal data in respect of Gift Cards.
• Lady Bespoke reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time in its discretion. Such revised terms will be effective as to any gift cards purchased after the date said revised Terms are posted to the Lady Bespoke websites.
